Bob is a nationally recognized expert in factoring. He has been the Keynote Speaker for the past 15 years at the International Factoring Association's Annual Convention (the only speaker to have participated in all their Conventions). Over the past 15 years, Bob's lectures on "the Law and Business of Factoring" have been attended by thousands of attorneys, factors and bankers."
. Bob has been retained as an expert witness in over 20 cases involving factoring and secured lending.
He has served as a participant in the five year project to revise Article 9 of the UCC, and was an Advisor to the Reporter on the Revision of the Restatement of the Law of Suretyship.
Eleven years ago Bob founded Lenders Funding, LLC, which provides financing to, and purchases participations from, factors and asset-based lenders.
