  Jay's financial career began over 20 years ago where he worked as a credit analyst with a large New Jersey-based bank. More recently, Jay was President of Assured Consulting, Inc., a unique South-Florida based firm he launched in 2006 to significantly contribute to the success of businesses in general and to factors in particular by advising them on improving processes, maintaining best practices and ultimately generating and keeping more revenue. In December 2006, First Capital Corporation acquired Assured Consulting and announced that Jay Atkins had joined the company as President of First Growth Capital, it's National Discount Factoring Division and will also serve as Executive Vice President of FCC.

  Mr. Ullman graduated from Nova University Magna Cum Laude. He has been actively practicing in the areas of factoring and asset-based lending for over 25 years.
