In addition to his leadership role at Match Factors, Eric is a TIA Certified Transportation Broker (CTB) and an IFA Certified Account Executive in Factoring (CAEF), credentials that reflect his deep expertise in the transportation and factoring industries. He is also a Professor of Business at Francis Marion University, where he shares his knowledge with the next generation of business leaders. Beyond his work in transportation and education, Eric is the owner of Belk Properties, LLC, a real estate development and rental management firm, and has served as a former Consultant with the Small Business Development Center in Columbia, SC, where he provided guidance to small businesses in areas such as finance, operations, and strategic planning.
