Vince Mancuso has a career spanning over 25 years in commercial finance. He is currently the EVP of Heritage Bank of Commerce/Bay View Funding where he is responsible for leading the origination effort, managing a deep bench of portfolio development officers and indirect growth initiatives. Most recently, he was Managing Director of Haversine Funding where his responsibilities encompassed overseeing underwriting, nurturing crucial lender finance client relationships, expanding their network and industry partnerships, and playing a key role in shaping their broader strategic vision for the management company. Prior to joining Haversine, Vince held the position of President and CEO at a prominent North American commercial finance company, where he demonstrated his exceptional leadership skills. In addition to his operational duties, Vince holds a CAEF designation from the International Factoring Association, underlining his commitment to advancing the commercial finance industry.
 
Paige Runyard, CPA - AVP, Senior Credit & Portfolio Manager, First Business Bank
Paige Runyard, CPA, joined First Business Bank in 2015 with over ten years of experience in consumer banking and business accounting.  She began her career at First Business Bank in Asset-Based Lending and was promoted to Field Examiner Team Lead before accepting a position as Credit Officer within the Accounts Receivable Financing team. Since that time, she was promoted to Assistant Vice President – Senior Credit & Portfolio Manager, managing a staff of Team Leaders and Account Managers serving First Business Bank’s factoring and ledgered line clients. In 2025, ABF Journal recognized Paige’s career accomplishments with a Trailblazer Award. Paige is actively involved in the International Factoring Association and is part of the NEXGEN committee.
 
Laurie Montplaisir, Esq. - Partner, Krieg Devault LLP
Laurie A. Montplaisir concentrates her practice in the areas of finance, secured lending, corporate transactions, participations and workouts, and business acquisition and sales, with an emphasis in the asset based lending and factoring industry. She has significant experience in due diligence, purchase agreements, financing documentation, forbearance and workout documents, and interparty documentation in alternative lending transactions.
